Paul Fell has been creating a weekly cartoon for the Nebraska Press Association since the early 1990’s. The cartoon is an editorial illustration drawn to accompany the NPA’s weekly “Capitol View” column. The cartoon and column are distributed to dozens of member newspapers throughout the state of Nebraska. Both are distributed to subscribing Nebraska newspapers through the Nebraska Press Association.
