Computer Training

   So we live in the age of computers - so what? Is your computer more of a $1000 paperweight, or is it a tool you can really use?
   At Silversmith Productions, we pride ourselves on being able to communicate well, and make complex ideas - like using a computer - as simple as driving a car. [Not to say driving well is easy - far from it.] Any tool can be used sucessfully, if the person using it is trained right, and follows the rules.
   While we prefer Apple computers, and the Mac OS*, we do also have experience with Windows machines, and the Windows OS*. Our software experience is farily broad, and our communication abilities are excellent. If we have to build you a new manual, for a product or service, or instructions on how to operate a product, we can do that too.
   We only ask one rule be understood - while you're learning from us, we're learning how to best teach you. So be as patient with us, as you want us to be with you.
