Some years back, Paul was trying to develop a new cartoon feature and came up with a concept he titled “OH! Street”. The title was inspired by Lincoln’s main thoroughfare, “O” Street, and chronicles the latest controversies in city politics. Starting in 2006 the Lincoln Independent Business Association, known locally as “LIBA”, asked Paul to add his his monthly “OH! Street” comic strip to their monthly newsletter. So now the strip appears in the monthly LIBA newsletter as well as on their web site - and of course, here at Paul Fell Cartoons.com. To see what kind of political insanity |
